Please sign up to help with the show, especially if your kids are performing!
WHEN: 2 PM, Thursday, January 19, 2023
WHERE: ROOM 9. Please wait outside the classroom until the judges call you in.
I will email the script for the kids to rehearse so be sure to include your email address in the signup. All GIRLS trying out will be CECE and ALL BOYS with be YONAH. There are a total of 6 spots. 3 for the first act and 3 for the second act. If you do not get MC we strongly encourage those children to tryout for an ACT. Please have your child practice over the next couple of days with you/friends. We are looking for a lot of enthusiasm and can’t wait to see each and everyone of the kids!
5th grade parents will not be judging. We have asked 3-4 parents who DO NOT have children in the 5th grade to come and judge.
We look forward to seeing you all Thursday Jan. 19th at 2pm!

ACT AUDITION SIGNUPS HERE
WHEN: 2-4 PM, January 24 & 26, 2023
WHERE: Kenter Auditorium
We are so excited for the long-awaited return of the Kenter Talent Show! We can't wait to see your children perform at the upcoming auditions. **ALL acts must be 90 seconds OR less** We time each act at the "auditions" There are NO excpetions on this since there are ZERO cuts and due to that the show can run quite long.
Please get us your 90 second music ahead of time. Here are the instructions (that will save you loads of time and us too!):
***Signup Comments MUST INCLUDE - the name of each child in the act so we know who is in the entire group AND a parent email address for each child for important show updates.
DO's:
1. Please email a copy of the EDITED music no longer than 90 seconds to kentertalentshow@gmail.com. Acts can bring it on their phones to play. However, we will need the emailed and edited version as soon as you have it. (fyi, it's always good to have a backup of the song for auditions or email to us even if bringing on their phones)
2. The file should have an .mp3 or .mp4 file name.
DON'T's:
1. Please do not send us entire songs. We cannot edit them.
2.Please do not send the songs as YouTube videos. They must be edited to 90 seconds or less and .mp3 or .mp4 files.
3. No CDs of music
4. No thumb drives of music that need to be returned.
